Organic bone-dry cider with apple acidity, a bit of funk and lambic nose.

Ahrista from Odsherred (27 %) and Rød Aroma from Funen (36 %) spent a year in old sherry and bourbon casks. In 2020 the casks were blended with macerated Rød Topaz (36 %) and a hint of Holsteiner Cox from Funen.
