Marc Castan, geboren in Narbonne, heeft hij zijn hele jeugd doorgebracht in het maritieme Corbières tussen zee en land.
In 2009 besloot hij om de wijngaard (14 ha) van zijn grootvader over te nemen, in Fitou.
Om fraîcheur te behouden, plukt hij al vanaf half augustus. Eerlijke wijnen, charmant, sappig en zonder franjes.
