The story of Domaine de Bichery begins in 2015, when Raphaël vinifies his own champagne in a small winery in Neuville-sur-Seine, which he just renovated.
After his studies oenology in Changins, Switserland and 'La Viti' in Beaune, and several harvests in Switserland, Burgundy and Bordeaux, Raphaël returns to his family estate in 2013.
